Yeah... so I thought I would just put some updates over here >_< Cuz I haven't... in FOREVER.
My life has been so crazy! I switched my major from Music (Vocal Performance to be precise) to Art! So, instead of going to the expensive music school, I'm now going to my local community college for the rest of my core classes and some of my art classes so I can then possibly transfer out to the crazy expensive art school (c'mon scholarships, I want SCAD!)
A plus at my community college is the Anime Club!I geeked out so hard when I heard there was one there. So at the beginning of this semester I got to go to Anime Weekend Atlanta for all three days for practically nothing because it was SCHOOL FUNDED. Can I get a "Heck yessss!"?
I got to meet Vic Mignogna and join the Resembol Rangers and Vic for dinner. We then proceeded to break the law and got a group photo in the fountain. Also went to the AWA ball, which meant I wore a gorgeous red dress and waltzed with a whole bunch of random guys. The rest of the weekend was me over indulging in pocky, strutting my stuff on stage during the cosplay contest, and having way to much fun with the Dragon Ball Z cosplay group.
So, now I should be working on a paper and I've also started work on a story line for the anime club manga that will be published in the school paper. And yeah I hope to post pages from that on here.
And I know what you're thinking "Didn't you promise us other comic pages?"
yes I did... and that's been put on hold until I can work out the whole story.
